No, I forgot to ask about cellularity. But the good news is that my blood work is still withing the range of normal (although at the low end of normal). My hematologist is happy, but hasn't come up with a culprit for the low counts improving. He had told me that I would probably always have this problem, and management of it would be long term. He's thinking there may have been an undetected virus in the bone marrow that has somehow gone away/improved.

What was your blast count from your bone marrow biopsy?

When I read enlarged spleen w/ low counts, I almost sd out loud "PNH"!!! My blood dr's and other dr's made a point of checking out my spleen before I had my trans for PNH. They even did an ultrasound. I had an HGB level of 7.4 when I was diagsd, so it was pretty clear that I had smthng wrong w/ me. So I was just wondering if PNH was ever discussed as a potential cause. And my trans doc was showing a PA how to move the patient as to better feel for an enlarged spleen. Just wondering.
