Transplant started around 10:30am. We are just now finishing (6:15pm). The Doctor said that they think they gave him too much of the BMT too quick. The Doctor doesn't seem worried. They did put Justin on oxygen and gave him Ativan.

I am headed to the hospital now to visit.

One thing to keep in mind is the seriousness of constipation while taking the anti-nausea medicine. It is extremely important to pay attention. Usually after the need for anti-nausea medication there is not a problem.

Amy is only taking what her Doc has given her . which includes a flint stone Vitamins . We do not take anything over the counter unless her BMT knows about it . They don't' even like you taking lots of Tylenol . Be careful and always run it past the Doc and nurses first .

Amy has been eating great ,but she still needed that little boost from the Vitamins.

Many blessings trust in God and he will see you through everything.

Justin completed his BMT. He is now allowed to come home each night as long as everything is going well. He does have to go to the hospital early each morning and stay there six or so hours each day.

He seemed like himself again tonight once he got home. We have a nurse staying with him at home while he sleeps for the first few weeks.

So far everything is going well. Thanks for the continued prayers and support. We still have a long ways to go.

Justin is still doing well overall. He has had a few minor reactions consisting of a rash or two. These rashes were easily able to be controlled at the clinic.

He is still going to the clinic everyday for approximately six hours. They are checking his blood and monitoring him closely. Today was his last planned day of chemo. He has been loosing most of his hair but since chemo is over, hopefully his hair will start to grow back. We aren't too concerned about hair since it is just cosmetic.

Thanks for all of the prayers and support. We realize we are still very early in the recovery period.
