Similar profile

I am diagnosed after two BM biopsy with MDS IPSS Intermediate Level 1 with >9% blasts, platelets at 25, red cells at 10, and white cells in the normal range. if anyone else has this type of profile, i would be interested in their treatment and how it has helped or not.
