platelets and hemoglobine down and up
 

Hello everyone....

I'm the girlfriend of a amn with myelodysplasia refractory anemia with ring sideroblast combined to thrombocytose (exceed platelets). This diagnose was posed on january 11 with hg 10,4, white cells 4800 and platelets 938000. he is under treatment with hydrea for platelets.
He is since one year at the same level but the blood levels do up and down... for example, in march, had he hemoglobin 12,5 and now, it is 10,2, platelets was 756000 and now 623000.
Does anyone know why this uncessent up and down?


He is now no transfusion dependant (anyone since the commencement), but has 988 as ferritine levels.
