Bone Marrow Biopsy Results

I was wondering if anyone has any idea what this means...from my bone marrow biopsy results? Karyotype 47,XX [20] I know a normal karyotype for a woman is 46,XX and I was told everything was fine on my results but then this was an addendum to the report and now I have to go in to discuss with the dr. next wed....this is going to be a long week having to wait to find out!:(

There are people on the forum more expert in this stuff than me but this might be a place to get started. And remember, this is just one part of the bone marrow biopsy results -- if everything else looked fine, don't panic!
