Patient Education Day: September 29, 2012 in Toronto
The Aplastic Anemia and Myelodysplasia Association of Canada (AAMAC) has announced a free Patient Education Day to be held in Toronto on Saturday, September 29, 2012.
Aplastic anemia, MDS, and PNH patients, their family members, and interested healthcare professionals are invited to attend, to hear presentations by experienced medical professionals. See Program Outline and Program Schedule. Breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch will be provided. Child care will be available for children aged 4 to 12. Children must be pre-registered.
