Hi All,
Positive results for Sapacitabine for patients who failed Vidaza or Dacogen.

I'm curious why they limited their trial to patients ages 60 and up, and why the Phase 3 trial is limited to patients ages 70 and up. Are they considering sapacitabine for only that patient population?

Sapacitabine

Hi Neil,
You know I usually only read abstracts - when an abstract is very interesting I get the article at the Hospital. Sapacitabine is still far away from me so I only know the facts in the abstract.
Kind regards

Where I live there is a cut-off age limit of 65 for BMTs. So there is a need for further less invasive treatments for us older MDS patients who want to fight on for some extra time before our "expiration" date.
