Two Birthdays in one week
I have 2 Birthdays this week, June 18th was my 61st Birthday and June 24th will be my 1st re-Birthday after transplant. I had my 1 yr. BMB and there was no sign of MDS. My blood counts were all in normal range with hmg. 9.8. That is the highest hmg has been since transplant. I still feel weak & I tire easily but I guess that is normal.
I also got paper to fill out to hopefully contact donor. I am very thankful for this site, to be able to see how others with this disease are doing. |
Happy Birthday squared
Happy Birthday * 2!! - I was born 6/18/58.. we share the same birth date.
glad to see you're coming along. What happened with the B cell thingy? Great to hear no more transfusions. Big accomplishment!! wishing you a very happy 2nd birthday continued success !!. |
Congratulations. This is getting strange. I was born on June 18, 1946. Nice to see the birthdays.

Happy Birthday - Baille
and many many more! - 3 "Gemini's"..Same day of the month in one thread. What are the odds of that??
|
Thank You
WOW ! June 18th is a special day. Dr didn't mention B cells this visit. It was a short visit. I will hopefully get more info next time.
|
Yes it is :) - I don't read horoscopes so don't take that Gemini remark to serious :). So, your counts just came up on their own? that is great news!!
|
I don't read horoscopes either.:) My other counts have been good for a while, but my hmg. never got over 9, usually between 7-8. When it got to 7 I would need blood transfusion. I usually had 1 or 2 transfusions a month. I am hoping that my blood type changing to donors type will help keep hmg up.:

Happy 1st birthday for today (at least in Australia it's today)!
God bless and may your hgb continue to increase. |
Happy re-birthday!
