Virus

My husband is home sick with a Virus. His last bloodwork was all good (except Platelets which were .. um... 73 i think?), is there anything I should watch out for? he had a mild fever last night but seemed to resolve.

He has MDS RAEB - 1, we have not met with specialists yet to discuss options (that happens June 30), so we don't know anything other than what i've read here and online.
