What are Large Unstained Cells (LUC)

My last two blood tests (CBCs) reported Large Unstained Cells at 3.5 and 4.6% about 6 days apart. I did a little research and found the following definition:

Large Unstained Cells (LUC): Peroxidase negative cells. They are Larger than normal lymphocytes, may be atypical lymphocytes, myeloperoxidase deficient cells or peroxidase negative blasts.

Has anyone seen this on their blood tests and/or know the significance?
