Marrowforums has added a new Member Profile, for Evan MacNeil. This is our first profile of a pediatric/preadolescent patient.
Evan MacNeil's Personal Profile
Evan's journey with aplastic anemia began in October 2007, the month of his 10th birthday. After ATG failed to cure him, he underwent a matched unrelated bone marrow transplant. He is doing fine today.
Evan and his mother Nicole MacNeil (forum member
evansmom) describe their family's experiences from their individual perspectives as patient and parent. We thank them both for sharing their stories in order to help other families who are facing the challenges of bone marrow failure diseases.
You are welcome to post comments about Evan's profile in
Nicole's Tell Your Story thread.
