Fever
Dear Ziad,
In many blood cancer diseases like AML and MDS the patients have too much so called cytokines. Some of these can cause fever. If the fever is more than 38.5 C during 4 hours the patient should go to ER at once because the fever is probably due to an infection and the patient should have antibiotics like Tazocin.
