Revlimid
Dear Beth,
Revlimid will often decrease platelets initially as you are aware of and is perhaps not an option for Earl now. As far as I understand there is no risk for blood clots in connection with Revlimid when the platelet count is so low.
We can only hope vidaza will have a positive effect.
