We are hoping to start Promacta and plan on having excellent results!
Our docs 100% agree with you that transplant should not be the second step of treatment. I do continue to research info on all avenues of treatment for Aplastic Anemia including transplant. I want to be completely prepared if someday the doc walks in and says "You need to go to transplant now"
