Thanks Ray. Like you I have given up on sleeping drugs. I've also tried many natural remedies. I mostly don't have trouble going to sleep but have real trouble staying asleep after 3 hours or so. I can only find Melatonin 6X Homeopathic on the GNC Australian website. Do you have a link for where you buy it? Or is there a brand name? Would appreciate more details so I can try and source it here. Again, thanks!

Dx MDS RAEB 10% blasts + hypogammaglobulinemia, Sep 2011. Jan 2012 BMB - blasts down to 2% w/out treatment so BMT cancelled. Re-diagnosis RCMD. Watch and wait from Feb 2012. IVIg 5-weekly. New diagnosis Oct 2019 AML 23% blasts in marrow, 10% blasts in peripheral blood.
