Question Need Help Understanding Bone Marrow Biopsy

My last Bone Marrow Biopsy had the following comments in it:

Leu/Lym Chromo Cells Counted: 20
Leu/Lym Chromo Cells Analyzed: 20
Leu/Lym Chromo Cells Karyotyped: 2
Leu/Lym Chromo GTG Band Resolut Achieved: 400

MDS FISH Panel Interpretation:
Deletion of 7q or monosomy 7 is detected in 20.5% of cells

Leu/Lym Chromo Cytogenetic Result
46,XY,del(7)(q22)[3]/46,XY[17]

Leu/Lym Chromo Interpretation
MDS/AML RELATED CLONE DETECTED
Cytogenetic analysis of GTG banded metaphases has revealed a long arm deletion of chromosome 7 in all metaphases examined
_______________

I am confused over the comments in the Results paragraph and the Interpretation paragraph. From my understanding the notation in the Results paragraph would indicate 3 of the cells analyzed had a del(7)(q22) abnormality. However the Interpretation paragraph says there was a long arm deletion in all of the metaphases examined. Can anyone shed some light here?

Thanks
