Hi Chirley!
Very positive that your WBC and the antibiotics managed to make the infection disappear hopefully completely!
You know all infections can make all counts decrease - this means that the infections probably came first and the low counts later.
Of cause it is possible that the bone marrow isn't making enough cells because it isn't working so well and the low WBC can't fight the infections.
We hope that the counts will increase now when the infections are treated.
