My dad has dizziness.
Quote:
I thought it was chemo. He just recently went to am ENT and said he has a virus in one ear. They said if it was from the chemo he would have it in both ears. The medicine he takes has helped him with the dizziniess. I know Valium is a drug of choice as well for this condition. Why don't you consult with an ENT for help. Maybe you have the same problem my dad has. They said it should go away over time. I will get the name of the condition and the name of the medicine for you . I sure hope this helps you. My dad discribes it as looking at the world through someone's else's eyes. Get well soon. Mary

what is normal?
Hi. I am replying about you feeling dizzy. I get light headed a couple of times a day when my hemoglobin is low, right now it's 9.4. Breathing is a challenge when it gets that low, I rely on my inhaler and sometimes a nebulizer, using Albuterol. Yes, I have asthma, which I believe is related to the MDS. Life is interesting, I will say that. I try not to let it get me down. I know I will bounce back enough to enjoy kayaking once in a while. Keep on trucking and keep a positive attitude and you will be okay.
