Immunizations and GVHD?

Hi I'm wondering if anyone has ever had a flare up of GVHD following immunizations?

I just celebrated my 1 year post transplant anniversary & although I had a small flareup of moderate oral GVHD 1 week prior to my 1 year, following my immunizations my GVHD symptoms increased some with a minor skin rash & more oral symptoms.

Because of this my team decided to switch me to Tacrolimus over the weekend. I'm now on 2 mg twice per day of the Tacro. This is a higher dose than the tapered cyclosporine dose of 50 mg twice a day I'd been on the past 6 weeks.

Although I definitely understand the importance of the Immunizations, I just wondered if they can potentially increase GVHD.

Thanks
