Reticulin:MF 1 (WHO Classification)

I had my BMB results yesterday and I noted after the appointment that it stated I had developed MF 1 a secondary form of Myelofibrosis. I wasn't able to see my regular specialist so I 'm not sure if the specialist on call was unaware that this was an addition to my condition. I have emailed the specialist for clarification, but was wondering about others on this forum diagnosed with Myelofibrosis and was it reversed with treatment.
Cheers Rachael

I was contacted by the specialist and it seems I don't have to be concerned till it gets to stages 2 & 3.
